CD : Finely TunedSerendipity | previous • next | Serendipity are delighted to present their second album- a musical partnership shared by Mandy de Winter,(Guitar, Tambura, Mandolin, Melodica, Recorders, Percussion and Vocals) Judy King (Flute, Alto Flute, Percussion and Vocals) and Chris Hall (Accordion and Vocals).
This collection draws inspiration from the folk music of Israel, Europe and The Balkans with traditional dances and modern choreographies. However, it also includes a new composition by Linda Rhodes for a traditional Breton dance and a modern choreography by Judy.
The three of us are lucky enough to live in the same village and are FINE friends. The title of this album reflects our ongoing journey as musicians and the unspoken connection and understanding that we celebrate through playing music together.
